CEREBROX LTD is a technology services company registered in Cyprus. This policy covers https://cerebrox.xyz and its subdomains, including arch.cerebrox.xyz (Cerebrox Arch) and marketing.cerebrox.xyz. Our contact email is [email protected].
When you submit a contact or project form, we collect what you enter: your name, your email address or phone number, and optionally your company, project details, interests and message. With your submission we also record the page you sent it from, the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), and your approximate country as reported by Cloudflare.
We use PostHog (EU cloud) to understand how our websites are used, for example which pages are visited and whether forms are submitted. PostHog runs in cookieless mode: we do not set cookies or store anything on your device, and we never identify you in analytics. Visitors are counted with an anonymous hash that PostHog rotates daily, so we cannot recognise you from one day to the next. We have configured PostHog not to store IP addresses.
We use the data you submit to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship, and the campaign data to learn which of our pages and campaigns bring enquiries. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties.
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare (D1) and delivered to our business email via Resend (email delivery service). When you give an email address, Resend also sends you one confirmation that we received your message. Cloudflare, Resend and PostHog act as our processors and process data in accordance with GDPR.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for any resulting business relationship. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing, and port your personal data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs for security and performance. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
