Our own business proves it. Pafos Chef, a meal-prep and delivery company in Paphos, is operated end to end by one person and a cook: orders, payments, kitchen planning, delivery routes, invoicing and customer replies. We build and run the same kind of setup for other businesses.
What runs Pafos Chef
Every part of the business that usually needs a person at a desk is watched by software. Agents do the watching and the first draft. A person makes the call, usually from their phone.

Customers order and pay online. The week's orders become the kitchen's prep sheet and the driver's route without anyone retyping them.

Every card payment comes in from the bank each hour. AI reads the receipt, files it and matches each line to an ingredient or a category.
ledger
One record of suppliers and ingredient prices, built from real invoices. Every dish is costed on what we actually pay.

Agents check each dish's cost against its price, flag what is drifting and propose the fix: a reprice, a recipe change, a different supplier.
AI · human approves
AI drafts a reply to every customer message with their order history in view. A person reads it and taps send.

Bank, receipts and issued invoices are matched automatically. Month-end comes from the bank feed, not a shoebox of paper.

Our own product
A food-service business in Paphos — meal plans, delivery and event catering — run end to end on software Cerebrox wrote. Ordering, kitchen scheduling, delivery routing and pricing all come from the same codebase.

We partner with universities and schools in Cyprus to give students real systems, real data and real deadlines — and to bring practitioner teaching onto campus.
